A trail through some lush bluebell woods in the Chilterns in Oxfordshire, England. Took a bit of patience and a few exposures to freeze the motion of the swaying branches in the foreground but eventually I got my shot just in time before the light faded
Interesting to note compared with my last submission how the bluebells here really do appear blue since they're in the shade rather than the light, which tends to turn them a more magenta colour.
I'm open to more inspired title suggestions by the way!
Your patience paid off for you, the end result being a superb capture. This shot cries out England and spring time, woodland walks and birds singing. The foreground foliage leads you into the frame, the pathway leading through a carpet of bluebells between the coppiced trees. The composition is superb and you have done a masterly job with the bluebells. They are so difficult to reproduce faithfully their colors, and you have succeeded with this. Excellent work indeed and makes me really quite homesick for the English countryside. Simon
