Frozen Sunrise

This one was long overdue a re-process... I have replaced the haloing and whacked out colours of the previous HDR version with this exposure blended one. I also decided to change the name from "An Icy Dawn" to "Frozen Sunrise"...

Another one from yesterday's trip to Anstruther, down on the beach among the icy rock pools. From the left you can make out where water had been trickling down, but we found it turned to ice along with the pool. On this occasion I concentrated on shooting the beach and sunrise in a wider sense but there's great potential for abstracts with the contours of the rocks and low morning light.. a return visit may be on the cards at some point...
