Just before heading to bed at nearly 3am the other night I had a look out the window and was greeted with thick mist, the likes of which I knew would still be around in the early morning... since these conditions aren't all that common round here I set my alarm and managed to drag my ass out of bed for a morning's shooting in the local area... this is one of my favourites from down near the local lake ;)

(was gonna call it "mist-ique" haha, but thought it was just a bit too cheesy!)

Nice shot mate, I remember this misty morning, like you say, not too many round these parts :D Nice comp and colour, love the splash of orange at the top :D

thanks Dan, yeah it did linger until the afternoon, but was so much thicker in the morning... worth getting up for, it was so peaceful :)
