Nice one, i like the idea of the, no sky part.
I always remember when i started out taking snaps, one experienced guy said to me if the sky doesn't work for you get shot of it, and this image shows, sometimes you just don't need it.

thank you, a wise tip I say.. it was a little too near to midday for any interesting light in the sky so I opted not to bother with it :)

love this shot adam, great location.

only small critique I would give is that I'd have preferred if you'd move the pov up very slighty to cut ou the horizontal line at the edge of the field and so bring more of those gorgeous trees into view.

thanks Simon! in principle I agree there, in actuality that wasn't possible - above the top of the frame here was just bland midday sky.. I framed it to give the "illusion" of a forest stretching off for as far as the eye can imagine, when in reality if it was framed any higher that illusion would have been lost ;)
